I want to use this blog to talk about how proud I am of something we’ve built.
Last week in Palm Desert, more than 1,200 Rockstar real estate professionals joined me (and 155 of our coaches) at Elite+ Retreat, a two-day private training event exclusively for our Elite+ coaching members.
The energy, the ideas, the commitment level were all off the charts!
That alone was incredibly awesome…
…but it’s not what I’m most proud of.
We had a blast at our ‘80s throwback party…
…but that’s not what I’m most proud of, either.
What I’m most proud of can be summed up in one word:
Community.

I’ve Never Seen Anything Like It

I’ve been around the real estate industry literally my entire life.
I’ve been actively working with real estate professionals for 30+ years.
And I can tell you I’ve never seen a stronger community of agents than those who joined me at Elite+ Retreat.
Salespeople in general are notoriously “close to the vest” when it comes to their secrets to success.
But not these salespeople.
They recognize the value in sharing what they know and learning from others.
Their openness is astounding!
As a result, we’ve created the most collaborative, supportive, positive-minded group of powerhouse professionals imaginable.
And because of all that collaboration, support, abundance mindset, etc.…
…They just keep getting stronger!
I couldn’t be prouder.

What Makes Elite+ Retreat So Special?

Many people tell me Elite+ Retreat is their favorite event of the year.
This year, we talked about big picture topics such as setting personal and financial goals, including identifying important disciplines to help achieve those goals.
We talked about the role of passion and how to use it to help you get where you want to go.
We talked about specific “in the trenches” topics like what to say to get a listing, how to overcome sellers’ biggest fears and what Facebook’s changes mean for you and your business page.
And that’s just scratching the surface.
We also had the amazing Tom Bilyeu as a keynote speaker, who asked important, life-defining questions such as “Who are you willing to become?” and “What price are you willing to pay to get there?”
In addition to all that, there were more than 20 organically created “after-hours” mastermind groups among agents covering topics ranging from working in a resort market, to virtual assistants, to team building, to video marketing, to Zillow lead conversion, and many more.
Again, I’m so proud of what this group has become.
