Tom Ferry Team coaching comes in three packages:

Let us help you establish the foundational skills and knowledge necessary to balance the demands of growing a team while also being a team leader maintaining a high level of production. We’ll make sure you have the three elements for success – people, software, and process – and show you how to operationalize your recruiting and retention practices, training curriculum, and lead generation with repeatable and scalable SOPs.


Your role is evolving… you now bring more value to your team as a leader than you do as a salesperson. We’ll help you transfer the majority of the production to your team and develop lead pillars to maximize per-person productivity. We’ll also elevate your recruiting and culture-building processes and show you how to attract and train mid-level managers necessary to accommodate your rapidly growing team.


Your growth has reached a point where you’ve become a powerful influencer within the real estate industry and you’re ready to diversify. We’ll help you execute on ancillary business acquisition and/or creation, or conversely, divest your assets based on cost-benefit analysis.     Team Program FAQs

    What are the differences between Elite and Team?

    • Exclusive access to like-minded individuals.
    • Two dedicated program retreats annually PLUS continued access to Elite Retreat.
    • 72 coaching sessions per year to use how you and your coach see fit. If you and your coach feel it is in the best interest of your team to have more team sessions and less leader sessions per month, you are welcome to adjust the sessions to do so. We do offer the ability to purchase additional sessions at a discount.

    Will I get a new coach?
    We will match you with a dedicated Team coach. We know you love your coach, but as Tom says, growth comes when you step outside your comfort zone, so rest assured that when you do get a new coach, they’re fully qualified to take you to the next level.

    How many people can I bring to the Team Retreat?
    The Fall retreat is designed for maximum networking. Team leaders and their business partners are always invited. Mastery can bring two team members and Legacy can bring three. The Spring event is only for team leaders and their business partners.

    When are the Spring 2022 Program-Exclusive Team Leader Retreats?

    • Growth: March 14 – 15 in Orlando at Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate
    • Mastery: April 25 – 26 in Miami at Nobu Hotel at Eden Roc Miami Beach
    • Legacy: March 27 – 29 in Napa at the Archer Napa

    Based on your selection and/or qualification, you will receive an invitation with more details and hotel booking information starting in February.

    What is a Specialty Coaching Session?
    Time with a subject matter expert such as a marketing or operations specialist to fit your growing needs. Or, if you prefer, you can use these allotted sessions as extra sessions with your Team coach. You and your coach will decide together whatever is best suited to your needs..

    Note: Growth team leaders will have the opportunity to purchase Specialty Coaching Sessions.

    What are Team Leader Masterminds?
    Tom-led masterminds where you will receive guidance and instruction, and have the opportunity to network and idea-share with like-minded team leaders. Growth masterminds will be held at an event. Mastery and Legacy will be in our California or Texas offices, or a special location.

    What is the Business Audit?

    An annual business audit with T3 Sixty’s T3 Fellows, who delivers the building blocks of a modern real estate brokerage or team. As a team leader, you face many challenges others have already tackled. With T3 Fellows, you learn from those who have walked the path before you. The ultimate goal is to review your business and goals to provide you and your coach suggestions for discussion in upcoming coaching sessions.

    Mastery team leaders will complete the T3 Fellows’ Discovery module. T3 Fellows will review your current systems, marketing assets, people and financial information to get a true understanding of your business landscape. Then, help you craft a custom growth plan based on how you benchmark against your competition.

    Legacy team leaders will complete T3 Fellows’ year-long program and produce deliverables, including a competitive benchmark for designing and positioning your business, marketing programs and systems to express your brand, technology and systems that have clear value for agents, a recruiting and retention system, right-sized technology systems, and fundamental practices for setting goals and managing finances.

    I have already paid my current contract in full. What happens to the money I spent?
    When you sign a new contract, we’ll credit your new contract for the prorated amount left that is on your current contract.
