Will I get a new coach?
We will match you with a dedicated Team coach. We know you love your coach, but as Tom says, growth comes when you step outside your comfort zone, so rest assured that when you do get a new coach, they’re fully qualified to take you to the next level.
How many people can I bring to the Team Retreat?
The Fall retreat is designed for maximum networking. Team leaders and their business partners are always invited. Mastery can bring two team members and Legacy can bring three. The Spring event is only for team leaders and their business partners.
When are the Spring 2022 Program-Exclusive Team Leader Retreats?
Based on your selection and/or qualification, you will receive an invitation with more details and hotel booking information starting in February.
What is a Specialty Coaching Session?
Time with a subject matter expert such as a marketing or operations specialist to fit your growing needs. Or, if you prefer, you can use these allotted sessions as extra sessions with your Team coach. You and your coach will decide together whatever is best suited to your needs..
Note: Growth team leaders will have the opportunity to purchase Specialty Coaching Sessions.
What are Team Leader Masterminds?
Tom-led masterminds where you will receive guidance and instruction, and have the opportunity to network and idea-share with like-minded team leaders. Growth masterminds will be held at an event. Mastery and Legacy will be in our California or Texas offices, or a special location.
What is the Business Audit?
An annual business audit with T3 Sixty’s T3 Fellows, who delivers the building blocks of a modern real estate brokerage or team. As a team leader, you face many challenges others have already tackled. With T3 Fellows, you learn from those who have walked the path before you. The ultimate goal is to review your business and goals to provide you and your coach suggestions for discussion in upcoming coaching sessions.
Mastery team leaders will complete the T3 Fellows’ Discovery module. T3 Fellows will review your current systems, marketing assets, people and financial information to get a true understanding of your business landscape. Then, help you craft a custom growth plan based on how you benchmark against your competition.
Legacy team leaders will complete T3 Fellows’ year-long program and produce deliverables, including a competitive benchmark for designing and positioning your business, marketing programs and systems to express your brand, technology and systems that have clear value for agents, a recruiting and retention system, right-sized technology systems, and fundamental practices for setting goals and managing finances.
I have already paid my current contract in full. What happens to the money I spent?
When you sign a new contract, we’ll credit your new contract for the prorated amount left that is on your current contract.
