Having been in real estate for 40 years, Debbie Holloway has achieved many milestones as the owner of a real estate company, a development company, a mortgage company, and running her own sales team. Debbie and her team averaged over 150 sales a year prior to her selling her team in 2004. She was one of the first agents in the country to sell her personal practice.
In 2004 Debbie went to work with Tom Ferry building the Tom Ferry international coaching company. Her many responsibilities for Tom Ferry include:
• Building and training the coaching division
• Creating listing and selling boot camps for agents
• The Sales Power Program for RE/MAX
• Developing the Tom Ferry Team program
• Creating Women Influencing Real Estate (WiRE)
As well as speaking and conducting training sessions worldwide.
She has conducted over 30,000 custom coaching sessions and her client average 170 transactions keeping an average of 50% profit. When she isn't helping agents realize their goals, Debbie raises and trains quarter horses for Reining.
