My top sales strategy that has worked for me is being consistent with following up. I prospect every single day and if I didn’t follow up, I wouldn’t close any deals. Everything is about following up. Also following up with value is extremely important and something I take pride in.

My top marketing strategy is getting my face/name out there in as many sources as possible. I use social media, mailers, Google ads, letters, postcards, cold-calling and door-knocking. You want people to see you as many times as possible to help gain trust.

My current technology strategy is built around my website! I have a high quality website that generates a lot of online leads. I use QR codes on all of my marketing pieces that either go to my website or my Youtube videos. QR Codes has been a huge game changer to my business. They capture tons of information and have lead to listings and more buyer clients!
