My top sales strategy revolves around building genuine relationships with clients. By actively listening to their needs and providing personalized solutions, I create trust and long-lasting connections. My top habit is consistent follow-up; I make it a point to check in regularly with clients, offering updates and assistance. This approach not only keeps me top-of-mind but also demonstrates my commitment to their satisfaction, leading to repeat business and referrals.
Marketing Strategy
My top marketing strategy is leveraging social media to showcase properties and engage with potential clients. I create high-quality, visually appealing content to reach a broad audience. My top habit is maintaining a consistent posting schedule. This not only boosts visibility and helps ensure that I am top of mind anytime someone thinks about Oxford Real Estate.
Technology Strategy
My current technology strategy consists of several different components. For Top of Funnel, I utilize my and my brokerages social media platforms (Facebook Instagram, LinkedIn), Ad campaigns (Google, Facebook), and SEO optimized websites (Boomtown, Luxury Presence). Each of these helps bring in leads which then get processed into my CRM. For Middle of Funnel, I utilize a combination of a CRM and my own personal Follow-Up system that I have created (Boomtown, Calendar, Reminders, Email). My marketing director uses a number of graphic design tools to create visually stunning marketing materials (Canva, Wix, Capcut). For Bottom of Funnel, I again use my own system of Calendar and Reminders to keep track of everything that is going on, along with Dotloop to keep documents organized and easy to sign.
Coaching Benefits
My coach has been instrumental in helping me succeed in my first year in real estate. Merrill has served as an advisor, friend, coach, and sounding board for me.
