Sales Strategy

I make phone calls minimum 4x a week from 9-12 and do affirmations.

Marketing Strategy

Social media and my face and name being everywhere. I R&D so much and focus on what [is] already working. Instead of doing a million things, I focus on a few but stay very consistent. Social media videos, open houses, past clients events and pop-bys.

Technology Strategy

I have systems (checklists) for EVERYTHING. I have Follow Up Boss and that allows me to not forget who I'm working with and where they are at in the process. I keep it simple because simple makes my brain work better.

Marketing checklist- what needs to be posted consistently every day

Under contract checklist (including making the clients have a good experience by providing moving boxes after inspection, small dessert at signing) My checklists were created by me and [my] assistant - we just write everything we do even the smallest things, then we created a checklist in Canva.com and print it on every new listing and under contract, attach it to a folder, name the file, and its checked daily to make sure all is happening.
