Coaching Benefits

Started with TF 11 yrs ago. I was at a crossroads of how I wanted to proceed and made alot of money but was exhausted. My coach immediately started helping me implement systems, processes, tracking and measuring. Learned to say a HARD No to people/solicitors. Broke everything down and eliminated alot of things I paid for that did not work and Implemented alot that did. Over the years I have shared my successes with others and vice versa. We learn from each other and eliminate alot of additional research because of the willingness to share within the TF organization. Also the whole team building and retaining of quality members. The accountability is something I never wanted or thought I needed and yet it is what made the change. Knowing I had to confess to my coach if I did something unwise or being able to run it by her or others and get their opinion. I credit my coach (Sheila McGraw) TF ecosystem friends and of course Tom with helping me get my life back and being more successful that I ever dreamed. That song.... I wanna be a millionaire". The first time I heard it I remember thinking "yeah buddy- me too". now that is the norm. Every year is a multimillion dollar year on the team. Not only that, I learned alot about investing and how to make that money work for me. Now I can give back and be generous with others. No better feeling in the world.
