"Our tech game has evolved significantly over the years. I've had to step out of my comfort zone, especially with social media. Surprisingly, our posts get more traction when I'm front and center. Initially, it felt strange, but now it’s just routine. People love seeing a familiar face, which has made a huge difference in our online community connection.

Finding the perfect system for managing client relationships took time. Various CRMs were either too costly or complicated. In 2016, we discovered Follow Up Boss, which was a game-changer. Its user-friendly interface made it easy for the entire team to adopt. It’s flexible and integrates well with our other tools.

We use Follow Up Boss as our main hub for managing opportunities and ensuring no leads fall through the cracks. It's integrated with Compass, which handles client transactions, CMAs, tour sheets, marketing materials, and transaction details. Everything else, like pipeline management, lead engagement, and email segmentation, plugs right into Follow Up Boss, acting as our command center.
