What works for our team is Systems, Structure, and Support. We operationalize as much as we can for the agents so they can focus on what they do best: work with clients and build relationships. As a non-producing team leader, I’m available to attend listing appointments with the agents, work with them real time on conversion during follow-up, and help them grow their many skills. This is possible because our leadership team is managing the day to day operations and support.
Marketing Strategy
Servicing the listing used to be our main focus with marketing. We switched mindsets and began focusing on lead generation, specifically sellers. This shift caused us to reimagine and redesign our entire website, create a new target market, and update our messaging and tools. Once we find a message that works, we stick with it and run it across all forms of media. With this strategy, we are gaining traction in our farm area: the beachside area in which we live, work and play.
Technology Strategy
Our tech stack is comprehensive but synergistic. We utilize Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interactive, Fello, and BombBomb to market to and stay in touch with our database. Vulcan7 allows us to reach new potential clients. We track and measure our success (regarding both agent goals/activity and transactions) with Sisu. Our admin operations are managed through appFiles and in-house TC operations through Open to Close. Trainual provides us a platform for sharing SOPs for all of these systems and more!
Coaching Benefits
TF Coaching has helped me in many ways, but I would simplify it to accountability and masterminding. We have found the greatest success when we master the basics and deliver on them consistently. The accountability we receive from our coach allows us to do just that. The opportunity to mastermind with the network has also been fundamental. Learning from others who have been in the same situation - what did/did not work for them - gives us an advantage in growing faster and more efficiently.
