Having regular Pipeline Reviews to ensure agents are prioritizing their top clients that are ready to convert and that they're staying focused on their daily actions.

Marketing Strategy

We have a weekly podcast that used to be a weekly facebook live, then a weekly radio show that was stream live. In the past year we've used Streamyard to level up our production and broadcasting. We spend our time educating our community about the ins & outs of buying and selling real estate.

Technology Strategy

Our tech strategy is very streamlined with Marketing, Client management, and then transaction management. Everything starts with Curaytor (Website & Marketing) leads all potential clients to Lofty (CRM formerly Chime), as appointments are set client profiles are created in SISU, once under contract files are created in ReZen(Real Brokerage).
