Sales Strategy

Our biggest source of business is our sphere of influence. We are big on list building and keep a steady database of "hot, nurture, past clients" and those are the folks we work most often. We contact our hot prospects daily or multiple times daily. Our nurture database is contacted weekly or bi-weekly with relevant updates on equity, new industry trends, etc. and our past clients are contacted monthly or bi-monthly with equity updates, birthday wishes, connection texts and more. We do past client events (Christmas party, The Masters watch party, Hamptons themed summer party, Golf outings, comped dinners etc) that keeps our people engaged and sending business! We believe that when you love on the people you have already worked with OR have relationships with, the business naturally flows.

Marketing Strategy

We aim to produce visually appealing, locally focused content that highlights our agents and our listings. We have an average sales price that is a good bit higher than the local average so we aim for an "editorial" style look that focuses on a fresh and modern yet luxurious presence. We'll often do "brand awareness" campaigns and spend money on being known, present and relevant. We don't spend any money on Zillow, Realtor.com or other lead generation sites.

TF Coaching has altered the way I "see" the real estate business. I used to chase around opportunities that may or may not be the best for us. The coaching has helped myself as a leader and us as an organization focus in on the most important and most relevant for us opportunities.
