Sales Strategy

We talk about EXPERIENCE constantly. Our mission statement, "To provide a superior, memorable experience so that we are THE team that buyers, sellers, vendors, and other agents WANT to work with" permeates everything we do. Buyers and sellers come back to us, they refer us, because we make them feel valued, regardless of the price of their deal. The $80k buyer is just at important at the $500k client. The same is true for agents and vendors. People WANT to work with us. And lastly, we show our team agents and admins the same appreciation. Happy people deliver amazing service!

Marketing Strategy

While our sphere (past clients and referrals) is our top source of business, second is Facebook. We leverage our listings using FB groups, Marketplace, our business page, open houses, and targeted ads to generate more opportunities for our team.

Technology Strategy

To be honest, this is not our strong suit. That said, our main tech tools are: For lead gen, Facebook and Google Biz. Fivestreet for lead distribution. Top Producer and Mailchimp for follow up and additional marketing. Many of the tools we use are free (or cheap) such as the Google suite, Sheets, Calendar, etc. We're big on automations too, so Calendly and Boomerang for Gmail are two things I'd mention. Appointments appear on our calendar from prospects and clients thanks to the Calendly link on our website, email signatures, and other marketing. And Boomerang is a cool tool to help manage our inboxes. Lastly, I'll mention Zoom. Face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects help us deliver a more personalized experience.

Coaching Benefits

The most powerful benefit has been the knowledge, the ideas, not only from my coach, Fred Doleac, but also from within the Eco-system. Before coaching, I didn't realize how limited my thinking was! Directly from coaching, we've implemented new systems and procedures. We've incorporated scripts, weekly training and role play, and lead gen strategies. I've learned how to be a better recruiter as well. Lastly, the networking and referral opportunities have been a nice little bonus!
