Most our clients come from referral/past clients and branding. We provide value and stay in touch on a consistent basis.

Marketing Strategy

Continuing from the geographic farming, past customers receive 4 pieces of information from us every year, plus phone calls. For the customer that year, they get an ornament that looks like a door with their name and 'first Christmas/Holiday' in their new home. Every property we list or sell gets a 'just sold' in your neighborhood, and not just a postcard! Sometimes its a fold out in a small envelope to look like an invite. Anyone who refers us business gets a box of chocolates that our local restaurant provides, and when I purchase one, they donate a pair of shoes to a needy child.
