Our marketing strategy encompasses the traditional forms of marketing that involve advertising in the best publications for our properties, postcards, email blasts, internet presence etc…BUT our best marketing tool is marketing ourselves as a Mother-Daughter Team (together for 30 years) with the best sales and admin team to support us. We market ourselves as a Real Estate Concierge business that will Redesign their Real Estate Experience with all facets to help a consumer through their real estate transaction. We have a boutique storefront location open 7 days per week with 4 full time administrative assistants and 6 buyer/listing agents to facilitate a transaction.
