Sales Strategy
Arrive at the office daily between 7:30 and 8:30 AM, dedicating early hours to prospecting. I send at least 100 texts and make 30 phone calls each day, and host mega open houses during the weekend.Over 3.5 years, I expanded my phone database from 400 to 4500 people. My morning routine starts at 5:30 AM: push-ups, face wash, vitamins, yoga, cardio, cold shower, journaling while having coffee and watching the sunrise, quality family time, then I head to the office to plan my day.
Marketing Strategy
I've started hosting mega open houses, creating social media videos for listings, and recently launched a new strategy that's proving effective. I love connecting with people, devising client strategies that often turn into lasting friendships post-deals. I'm always refining my database. Originally from Italy, I also own a small olive oil farm. Every year, I gift my clients some of my olive oil. At Christmas, I deliver delicious panettone imported from Italy by a friend. I consistently go above and beyond for my clients, maximizing every day with a smile.
Technology Strategy
I started using Asana thanks to coach Mike, fUB to keep the clients up to date, I ll send the phone number to my assistant and he updates the clients in the system. I get lead through FB and Instagram posting stories and posts periodically. I like Mojo dialer to cold call. I use group texts and Slack for team and clients communications. I started using Chat GPT and Tom AI as well when needed on daily tasks.
Coaching Benefits
I love the podcasts! Sometimes when there's no Motivation Monday, I wonder what happened to Tom.
