We are the only team in WI that qualifies for both Zillow Flex and RDC MVIP. This allows our agents to concentrate on high intent leads, constantly guided by our leadership, while our "Wizards Behind the Curtain" take care of all transaction management, freeing up everyone's time to give white glove service to our clients and conducting high dollar activities. All credit goes to my teammates (agents, admin and leaders). They make me look good.
Marketing Strategy
Because we have a significant stamp with Zillow and RDC, we are also the only team/brokerage that utilizes Zillow's Showcase Plus and RDC's Toolkit for listings. These have proven to finally answer every homeseller's request for "I need more advertising". On the buyer side, each agent is able to wield the fact that our team has led our market in sales for the past 5 years and the experience that comes along with that. We also utilize team specific scripts that deal with finding homes that typical buyers won't find. This helps convince clients to at least have a conversation with us.
Technology Strategy
Lead sources: Zillow Flex, RDC MVIP, OpCity, RDC Market Based Connections, homes.com - and then approx 20 other middle to top of the funnel lead sources. All leads are automatically managed by our FollowUpBoss CRM. We use Sierra for our website and lead capture/notifications. Open to Close is our transaction management system. CAST runs our recruiting website and we have a second FUB account only for recruiting. Slack is how we communicate internally and it can also be used with Zaps to notify agents of leads. We also have utilized Kee Tech for campaigns (which have been crazy successful), Humaniz for recruiting and The BARA Agency for a ton of automation fixes including utilizing AI. And recently we were asked by RDC to pilot test a lead conversion system that incorporates Ylopo and Maverick.
Coaching Benefits
Being at the tip of the spear is where I always want to be. There are a select few coaches in the nation that are worth the bill. TF and his lieutenants are obviously one of them. The unique part of the TF approach is the consistent coaching given to my team as a group, instead of only advising me in 1v1. This is a welcome change to my past coaching mentors.
