Not sure if its a strategy, but my accountability group is one of the biggest things that keeps my sales production consistent. We meet every Monday. Wednesday and Friday for 15 minutes at 8:15am and share where we are with numbers, what our biggest struggle is and anything that created an "aha moment" or killer result. Knowing that I have to admit when I am not doing the things I know I should be doing keeps me on track.
Marketing Strategy
I am a big fan of Google PPC advertising. You can generate a lot of opportunities but you need to know that they are a bit of a longer term nurture; so you can't expect instant results and you need to be committed to making the touches for the long haul.
