We find property options for clients that they won't find with a standard realtor. We like to say that we are matchmakers - finding our buyers homes that work great for them. Often these are homes that we will be listing that aren't on the market yet. We have a "not yet" set of sellers. With the changes in how we do things with the MLS we will be tweaking this system but we have gotten great referrals by delivering options our clients would not ever had otherwise. I'm a top listing agent and therefore can share opportunities with my two buyer agents.
Marketing Strategy
Client events for our past clients and SOI have been central to our success, while supporting. We have a minimum of four per year. Some include: Making Charcuterie Boards; NYC Bus Trip at Christmas time; Thanksgiving Pie Giveaways; Mixology - teaching how to make drinks; Renting out movie theaters, parties at model homes, etc. These provide an opportunity for face time with past clients/SOI to remind them I'm in the business and ask for referrals. The invite is valuable in itself. Even if they cannot attend it's a reminder that we are in the business.
