For each spoke, we design daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly activities aimed at business growth. A cornerstone of our approach is consistent follow-up. Regular communication with potential buyers and sellers demonstrates our commitment and keeps us top-of-mind. We achieve this through exceptional customer service, client appreciation events, pop-bys, market reports, personalized cards, and various other strategies designed to maintain a strong presence.

My top marketing strategy for our team is tailored to each agent's unique archetype, incorporating a blend of traditional methods such as networking, open houses, and local events, as well as modern digital marketing techniques to maximize reach and impact. A key habit of mine is time block, dedicating time daily to content creation.

Our technology strategy is centered on streamlining operations and enhancing client experiences through integrated, cutting-edge solutions. Our main tech stack includes:

CRM: Lofty for managing client relationships and tracking interactions, along with website capabilities

Social Media Management: Meta for scheduling and monitoring social media posts, canva for content creation.
Listing and MLS: MLS software and Zillow along with other 3rd party sites for listing properties and market exposure.
Communication: Google Workspace and Zoom for internal collaboration and client meetings.
