For marketing, I focus on social media and staying active online. I not only try to keep my posts consistent but I also interact with others. I reach out on birthdays and also recommend different services people may need.
Technology Strategy
Our brokerage has our own website that we 100% created on our own. This allows us to control every aspect of it and also control our SEO. We are currently ranking in the top 20 for popular key words in our area. We also use Follow-up-boss to stay on top of tasks and working our database.
Coaching Benefits
TF coaching has allowed me to look at the business in different ways so I can focus on growing my brokerage. I have been able to continue my own business and also help out fellow agents on my team. I set tasks every week and use those to focus on what needs done.
