Leveraging social media. We consistently run marketing that solves a problem. Through this, we have been able to start many conversations with both buyers and sellers who are already interested in working with us. Whether its helping them sell their home and getting their property in front of any many eyes as possible, or flipping a renter who didn't believe they had the credit to purchase, we use our knowledge in a creative way to speak to people.

Marketing Strategy

Using Google Business Profile, Google ads, and Meta Ads to promote our message and attract buyers and sellers. Google has given us the most listings lately because of our 5 star rating and updates that we put out to push us to the top of the search. We keep a high local services ad budget running and we push for a 5 star review.

Technology Strategy

Curaytor for Meta ads and Google Ads to bring in buyers and sellers to our website. From there, they register to our CRM which is lofty. We also use Curaytor for retargeting these leads and anyone who has registered on engaged with our website. They get specific emails from us to include newsletters and new listing data. Once they have engaged with our website enough, they are much easier to convert on the phone. Curaytor definitely helps keep us top of mind and in front of these people.

Coaching Benefits

It has given me accountability. It makes doing the hard things easier when you know you have your coach to answer to. The ecosystem has also been amazing. I have learned so much from other agents across the country by seeing their content in the closed facebook groups. I have already received several referrals from Tom Ferry agents and it has truly helped me continue to grow my sales.
