Marketing Strategy
Internet leads play a big part - Jill began to get lead from Zillow in 2006. We are a Zillow Flex team as well as the exclusive Realtor.com Market VIP team in our marketplace. We also do our on advertising, local marketing and mailing. We put a big focus on staying in touch with our 2500 past clients.
Technology Strategy
We try to keep things simple for our agents by having one super solid system that everything works from. For us that is Followup Boss and Slack for team communication. In the background we also use Fello, Mailchimp, OpenToClose, Brokermint and tie things together with a bunch of automations.
