Hard work, hustle, and a little bit of luck... It really comes down to mindset and consistency. Everyone is always searching for the next shiny object, lead source, marketing trend, or guru. However, success is about doing the work and focusing on your skills. The biggest shift in my mindset came when I realized that being a real estate agent isn’t just a job or a career—it’s a business! I used to work hard for one commission check at a time, feeling like I wasn’t making any progress and living in uncertainty. Once I truly accepted that it was a business, my approach became clearer, and my objectives were on point. I spent my first few years contemplating whether this was what I wanted to do, and I always reached the same conclusion: Absolutely! As an agent, I was able to help my clients buy or sell a chapter of their lives. Now, as a Broker Owner, I get to be part of changing my agents' lives. Real estate is very rewarding. If you work hard, hustle, continuously learn, and focus on improving your skills, you can be successful. It has worked for me.
Marketing Strategy
We run a lead-based business with many channel accounts, but we haven't utilized marketing to its full extent. Currently, we only market to our past clients through email and social campaigns. Our struggle has never been a shortage of leads and opportunities. We do market on all social channels and through monthly emails.

Tom Ferry and his coaches have opened my mind to endless opportunities. The most valuable part of coaching is the ecosystem and the collaboration. Early on, I learned that those in coaching are high performers who invest in themselves. In an industry full of big egos, this ecosystem is incredibly generous with ideas and proven processes. If you work in a big office, nobody wants to share what is working for them. Here, people cannot wait to share. Coaching is not for everybody, and you can definitely grow out of it.
