My sales strategy is simple: relationships. Most of my business has stemmed from the relationships I build with my clients. I prioritize understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points, which allows me to tailor my services to meet their specific requirements. After the transaction I’m still very invested into every client, whether it be client events or sending them a text when something reminds me of them. Being genuine & personable has really helped take my business to the next level.
Marketing Strategy
My top marketing strategies would be social media and community involvement. Social media doesn't necessarily bring me new leads but it really helps me stay top of mind to everyone that's connected to me on any platform. As for community involvement, lots of my clients have come from my church. Lord knows I don't go to church for this purpose, but it has just kind of worked out that way. My active involvement has played a huge role in the trust I've built with everyone there, which in turn, positively impacts my business.
Technology Strategy
I use ClientBAY as my CRM. An amazing feature that I heavily use in this CRM is the advanced sign in landing page for each open house I host. When prospective buyer signs in, they are automatically set on a 6 week drip campaign with relevant information & listings based on the open house they attended. I also have my own domain to capture leads & Qr Code on my signs and business cards that makes ALL of my contact info very easily accessible. I am actively working on buffing out my google business page.
Coaching Benefits
TF coaching has helped me by allowing me the opportunity to connect with other like minded individuals. The referral network is also amazing. I plan to learn how to take full advantage of TF coaching because I know there’s still so much untapped information and perks that I’ve ignorantly not taken advantage of. My coach has also been there tremendously to help me get back on track when life situations seem to derail me.
