Marketing Strategy
Continuing from the geographic farming, past customers recieve 4 pieces of information from us every year, plus phone calls. For the customer that year, they get an ornament that looks like a door with their name and 'first Christmas/Holiday' in their new home. Every property we list or sell gets a 'just sold' in your neighborhood, and not just a postcard! Sometimes its a fold out in a small envelope to look like an invite. Anyone who refers us business gets a box of chocolates that our local restaurant provides, and when I purchase one, they donate a pair of shoes to a needy child.
Technology Strategy
We use BrokerMint back office software for transaction management. We have been using BoomTown, but we are currently building a custom website with IDX broker plug-ins that will give us the opportunity for more organic growth. We are also building a custom AirTable CRM to help facilitate lead-routing from our website, as well as snail mail for past customers, email, and texting. We use BombBomb for recruiting and past customer updates.
