Sales Strategy

One of our primary sales strategy for 2024 was to improve listing success percentage. At the beginning of the year we sat around 70% success rate from signed agreement to closed listing. We have a goal to move that to 80%. The market average is around 70%. We also wanted to take more listings. The tactics to execute this focused in several areas. First and foremost was effectively communicating all that we're doing for our seller clients to market their homes. Much of this was done through the seller report produced in collaboration with Curaytor. Next was implementing some benchmark strategies and specific days on market. 30-60-90 day plan for a listing. Half way through the year and we've improved our listing success by 4.5%, which for us is another 3-4 closings per month.

Marketing Strategy

Our top marketing strategy is reinvesting into our database. We have a 400k database. We have hired more offshore ISAs and working closely to re-engage these contacts
