Sales Strategy
While we have many funnels my top sales strategy
#1 When meeting for the 1st time always showing up with a gift in hand.
#2 During the process communicating and celebrating minor milestones (pop by's) and LOTS of communication.
#3 Staying connected with past clients and SOI. Again, check-ins and informational help you's, office pop-in invites for Poinsettias at Christmas or pies for Thanksgiving. Minimum daily goal for conversations is 15. While this may not sound high level techy or exciting it returns the biggest ROI!
Marketing Strategy
Community presence, engagement and outreach. Staying involved with the chamber, showing up with bags of giveaways or sponsoring events with giveaways. Showing up with a "What can I do for you" presence VS a "What you can do for me presence" Zillow, online leads and follow up strategies are great however all of our lead funnels are enhanced by our community presence. "I see you everywhere" is something I hear daily!
Technology Strategy
FOLLOW UP BOSS (CRM): Automated drips, sourcing lead stages, document storage and transaction documentation.
YLOPO: Website, neighborhood heatmaps, homebot reports, home searches.
REALSCOUT: Home search, seller home value reports and lead follow-up.
SISU: Transaction management.
SLACK: All Team and transaction communication.
SKYSlOPE Contract documents.
TRELLO: Marketing management.
ZOOM: Both office and client face to face meetings.
EXP WORLD: Marketing tools, classes, any and all Real Estate related questions.
CHAT GTP: Emails, video and marketing content.
KEEPING CURRENT MATTERS: Social media and video content.
WIZEHIRE: Agent recruiting.
FINAL CUT PRO: Video editing
FLIP SNACK: Any presentation, Buyer/Seller/Listing of any kind.
