Working my database! It's simple. I call them. They want to hear from me. I give them value (equity update, contractors, invite to event) and they give me referrals and sales. It surprises me how much my SOI actually is excited when I call and text them.
Marketing Strategy
My SOI knows that I have been in real estate for 12 years because they follow me on social and I post real estate videos. That's it. The more I post, the more feedback and interaction I get from my SOI. On top of that, my videos are searchable when new referrals come my way, so they can vet me and get a feel for how I work. Working with my marketing director and social interns has made this much easier and scalable.
Technology Strategy
The Compass CRM is our hub for all things search, contracts and compliance. We engage with our clients in the platform as well. Follow Up Boss is where all of our leads from Ylopo, RDC, Bigger Pockets go to be nurtured and converted. Our team utilizes gmail, gchat and google meet. We use chatGPT for pretty much everything.
