Marketing Strategy
We are a Zoom team, and we meet every weekday and begin with role playing and objection handling. We implemented a laminated listing presentation bringing high value to our sellers and results in us getting 90% of our listings (thanks Tom Ferry!). We also created an amazing buyer presentation adding tremendous value to secure our buyer agreements. Our favorite line is “We would be willing to onboard you as a client to our team”. We are a team of prospectors, and our favorite Seller Lead Generation is calling expired listings through Vulcan 7.
Technology Strategy
We use Follow Up Boss as our CRM which acts as a hub, and integrates to all other tech aspects. We use SISU as our transaction management software, YLOPO as our website and YLOPO stars as our home search site. We have Raiya, our AI interactive assistant. We use Sierra Interactive for our Google PPC lead generation, Maverick RE for agent accountability, Jot Forms for team paperwork submissions, and Google Drive for document storage and team sharing. We use Asana with our leadership team for business planning and project management. This establishes key performance indicators for the leadership team.
