Marketing Strategy
My top marketing strategy is purchasing online leads. Online leads have produced a very high ROI for me the last few years and that continues to increase with the nuture programs I have in place.
Technology Strategy
My most important technology tool is my CRM. I am in my CRM every day making sure that no one slips through the cracks. Every lead or client has detailed notes and tasks assigned to them. In terms of automation, I run online lead gen programs which get sent to my CRM, they then get put on automated drip campaigns and listing alerts. I also currently use KCM which allows me to supply content for my social media platforms. For clients that are currently under contract I use a transaction manager and and utilize Google calendar to input significant dates as I time block every day to ensure I know what I should be working on any given hour. After closing I set them up on a automated gifting system with Client Giant.
Coaching Benefits
TF coaching has helped significantly in developing SOP's. In order to hit my long-term goals, I understand that I must create a system that is sell-able. The only way to do this is by having clear defined processes to take place every step of the way. TF coaching has also helped unify my branding and making sure there is a consistent message that I am delivering to my audience. Lastly, and possibly the most significant impact is, coaching has introduced me to people throughout the country that I am able to collaborate with. This is extremely valuable as I work with a lot of people from out of state, so having a network of top tier professionals that I could ask questions or refer out to not only makes me more valuable but is beneficial to the people that I serve.
