As a real estate investor myself I am able to find it easy to connect and communicate with others beginning their journey or continuing their Real Estate investing journey in Savannah, GA. A lot of clients are local and a lot of them are out of state. Most are seeking financial freedom and that is something I consistently strive toward. Being able to share my story, giving them the knowledge and experience of everything I have encountered on my journey helps them jump the hurdles of their own. Being able to relate to them and create a personal connection and letting them know you are there for them and having them taken care of every step of the way helps build that relationship from the ground up.
Marketing Strategy
I am actually not super big on marketing just yet although I should be. I am actively working on that but I do use online resources to help push my name out there and being active within my community helps continue to grow my network!
Technology Strategy
[I’m] big on Excel, Google Docs, starting to use a CRM although it's not fully implemented just yet, Dotloop, iPhone, Instagram, Facebook, we're pretty basic at the moment. Moxi for basic website needs but switching over to new platform soon.

TF coaching has helped keep me accountable, pushing to new limits, helping structure the next level of my business, adding team members, organizing from the top down, talking thru problems and situations, making sure things get done on personal and professional projects.
