Sales Strategy

My top sales strategy has been partnering with the companies that serve clients aged 65+ in our area. We meet on a regular basis and treat each company we're partnered with as a larger organization might treat an account. Examples are senior-focused movers, home healthcare, estate sellers, and most importantly senior communities where folks are moving. This allows us a warm introduction to referrals from our partners and allows us to demonstrate a one-stop-shop to cold prospects.

Marketing Strategy

Focusing on omnipresence to a niche market of "downsizers" in our area results in hearing feedback such as "I see you everywhere!". The strategy can be described as a multi-channel approach leveraging digital paid advertising, direct mail, pop-by gifts, and email coupled with phone calls, texts, video texts, and handwritten notes for people who raise their hand. The messaging is simple: We are Realtors, in fact we're also much more. We are a done for you solution for every facet of downsizing.

Technology Strategy

Top of funnel, awareness: Attraction through social media platforms most specifically Meta, exploring YouTube Meta Form Ads and Brand Awareness Ads, Notion with Google Drive for organizing advertising content. Lead Magnets created in Canva.

Interest: Meta Form Ad OR GoHighLevel/Clickfunnels Landing Page for lead capture. Coaching Benefits

Coaching has been instrumental in propelling my career in a very short time. I was first licensed in March of 2020, didn't sell anything until November.
