Marketing Strategy
The military PCS seasons account for 30-50% of our business. We have to do 3 things at a high level -
1. Get in front of them before they come to town with targeted ads (join social groups, YouTube ads, local info ads) and paid leads.
2. Stay in front of them while they are here for 2-3years so they use us to sell (community giveaways, free events, mailouts).
3. Create raving fans so they recommend us to their units (Google reviews 825+, Zillow reviews 725+).
