Mindset & Personal Development: Operating daily in a peak state and focusing on growing my communication and leadership skills has been key. As Jim Rohn says, "Work harder on yourself than on your job."
Relationships: This business is all about relationships. I've been working my database since I was 19; it's my main source of business. Old school.
Commitment and Consistency: The boring but essential stuff. Sticking to a schedule and daily tasks that drive results—the 20% that yields 80% of outcomes.
Branding: We've built a recognizable brand in my city. People often mention they follow me or our team, creating brand recognition and credibility.
Love where you live: I love Northwest Indiana, especially Crown Point. It's easy to sell when you're sold yourself.
Faith: God is my strength.
Marketing Strategy
Digit Mayor Concept - In 2016 I was the first person in our market place to start putting out videos of new businesses, restaurants, developments, interviewing business owners, community news, etc. At the time, Facebook and Instagram organic reach was incredible for those pieces of content. We also crushed on FB and IG ads. This is our main source of marketing and branding. We are known as the area experts for anything new happening in our town. It creates validity with our clients that we KNOW the area.
Past clients and database - These incredible people are the reason for our consistent growth. Monthly emails, quarterly mailers, quarterly calls. Again....the basics.
I have been with TF for (I believe) about 5-6 years. I was with Mike Ferry before that for the beginning of my career. Tom has had such a drastic impact on my life. The coaching platform creates incredible accountability. The knowledge and selflessness of the ecosystem is incredible. I genuinely want to be like Tom one day and pray that he would be my personal coach.
