You become like the people you spend the most time with. We’ve all heard this phrase once, twice or a million times in our lives.
On today’s #MindsetMonday, I share the time when my own dad told me this phrase and the life-changing advice he gave me when I was beginning a new journey in my life. I also talk about the 3 types of people that we all have in our lives and the exercise I did at the time that helped me make the leap towards a better, more positive life.
