A real estate veteran since 2005, Greg Holthaus is an investor, developer, real estate agent, and broker. He currently owns and operates two brokerages where he has built property management, residential and multifamily sales, land development, new construction, and mortgage services. He owns a total of eight businesses generating more than $4.5M in annual revenue, as well as commercial and residential portfolio holdings, having owned more than 120 units at one time.
Greg specializes in auditing and setting up Follow-Up Boss CRM and writes custom lead funnels for converting at a high level with online leads & sphere. He also possesses a strong expertise in creating listing presentations to win every time. Additionally, he’s earned his reputation as Southern Illinois’s premier commercial and multi-family broker. As a longtime coach and speaker, Greg draws upon his wide-ranging knowledge to deliver insight and expertise covering all aspects of the real estate business.
