Marc Prestera has been an active force in the real estate industry since March 16, 1984, having held broker’s licenses in California, Colorado, and Georgia, and been a licensed salesperson in Florida.
In the last five decades, Marc has been a successful agent/broker, team leader, property manager, and designated broker for multiple companies including a national commercial developer in multiple states. With over 20,000 transactions under his licenses, Marc brings a balanced, diverse, and solution-oriented perspective to every coaching call and presentation.
Mr. Prestera specializes in the foundational basics of building successful businesses/practices with an emphasis on: Time Management/Scheduling, Lead Generation, Lead Follow-up, and the Systems required to convert prospects to paychecks. Marc built his personal practice on Expired Listings, Past Clients/Sphere of Influence, and leveraging every success with systems that produced additional transactions (Just Listed/Just Sold/Absentee Owners). Systems, complemented with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programing), scripts and his ""Exactly What To Say"" (Phil M. Jones) certification, have helped keep his listening sharp, his relationships authentic, and his results predictable.
