Sales Strategy

The Ashley Meredith Homes Team is always working in our Sphere with the bulk of our business being past clients and agent to agent referrals. We are well known in the community due to networking and longevity. All of these sales strategies have enabled us to continue to grow our business and success.

Marketing Strategy

We use a multitude of methods in our marketing to past, current and potential clients including quarterly mailings, monthly newsletters focused on the community, and client events. Agent referrals by networking through the Tom Ferry eco system are achieved by attending Tom Ferry events, BHHS events and conferences. Holding Open Houses is an additional marketing method for marketing as well as acquiring leads. Reviews/Testimonials are essential! Consumers always research agents first before contacting them. We have a Google review template that goes to our 5-star clients requesting a 5 star google review. Our Google reviews are used throughout social media. Buyer presentations and consultations along with buyer educational videos/YouTube and buyer workshops are used as part of the potential buyer process. Seller prelist consultations and putting those potential sellers on a home valuation drip campaign are examples of marketing to sellers

Coaching Benefits

We have had people question us when we joined coaching and asked “why spend the money”. We joined coaching in 2017 and have never looked back. Coaching got us out of our local bubble and exposed us to agents across the country so we can collaborate and see what realtors in other markets are doing.
