When you join coaching through the Compass Coaching Marketplace you will be placed with a coach that has undergone training on the Compass systems.
Reward Dollars can be used towards coaching payments and Training Subscription payments that occur after the launch of the Compass Coaching Marketplace on May 11th.
All payments are made directly with Tom Ferry. You’ll be asked to make an initial payment on signup. To be reimbursed with your 10×10 Dollars, simply complete this Compass reimbursement form.
Compass will reimburse you within 5-10 business days. The reimbursement process will follow the same process as being reimbursed for Marketing Incentives through Compass. If you need assistance in obtaining an invoice for reimbursement purposes don’t hesitate to reach out to Compass@tomferry.com.

If you’re already a coaching member with us you do not need to change coaches to utilize your Reward Dollars.
Yes, you can add a partner to your Core, Elite, and Team accounts. The partners are on a month-to-month pay schedule (excluding Team, as their partner is included) to add on their account. Reward dollars can not be used towards partner agreements. A partner can be registered through your illūm account under the “My Business” tab. This process will be highlighted through your scheduled Onboarding with our First Impressions Team.
