What is the special Compass offer when I join coaching through the Compass Coaching Marketplace?

For agents new to Tom Ferry coaching, you’ll get a 50% off discount off your first month and a corresponding discount if you choose Quarterly, Semi-Annual or Annual. The $500 account activation fee is also waived.

Do Tom Ferry coaches understand the Compass system?

When you join coaching through the Compass Coaching Marketplace you will be placed with a coach that has undergone training on the Compass systems.

When can I use my Coaching Reward Dollars?

Reward Dollars can be used towards coaching payments and Training Subscription payments that occur after the launch of the Compass Coaching Marketplace on May 11th.

Who bills me?

All payments are made directly with Tom Ferry. You’ll be asked to make an initial payment on signup. To be reimbursed with your 10×10 Dollars, simply complete this Compass reimbursement form.

How long does it take to be reimbursed?

Compass will reimburse you within 5-10 business days. The reimbursement process will follow the same process as being reimbursed for Marketing Incentives through Compass. If you need assistance in obtaining an invoice for reimbursement purposes don’t hesitate to reach out to Compass@tomferry.com.

Do I need to sign up again if I’m already in coaching?

You do not need to re-sign up for coaching to use your 10×10 Incentive Dollars, you can submit your expenses to use your Reward Dollars for all payments that occur after the launch of the Compass Coaching Marketplace on May 11th, using this this Compass reimbursement form

If I’m an existing coaching client do I have to change coaches?

If you’re already a coaching member with us you do not need to change coaches to utilize your Reward Dollars.

I have a partner. Can they be on my coaching sessions?

Yes, you can add a partner to your Core, Elite, and Team accounts. The partners are on a month-to-month pay schedule (excluding Team, as their partner is included) to add on their account. Reward dollars can not be used towards partner agreements. A partner can be registered through your illūm account under the “My Business” tab. This process will be highlighted through your scheduled Onboarding with our First Impressions Team.
