VP of Employee Experience

Summary

The VP of Employee Experience contributes to the company’s success by acting as a strategic expert in implementing and sustaining foundational pillars for developing and engaging our employees to enhance and promote employee culture and experience.

The Employee Experience Executive will create policies and initiatives that will create a positive, rewarding work environment with the goal of developing an organization that attracts and retains talented employees who feel valued and invested in their work.

The role will focus on delivering high-quality employee programs at all levels; overseeing execution of learning plans, training workshops, career development/onboarding programs, employee surveys, etc.

This individual will work across all departments to support the deployment of key employee initiatives to meet business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

1. Partners with business leaders to improve talent management efforts; roll out employee-centered programs.
2. Establishes plans, systems, and communication strategies to support and implement key policies.
3. Processes feedback from employee surveys and executes plans to address issues.
4. Consults with leadership at all levels regarding employee development tactics.
5. Creates and executes a learning and development strategy.
6. Is responsible for providing an employee and employee-well-being-centric focus and point of view for the leadership team.
7. Other duties may be assigned.

Strong team player and mentor possessing strong influencing skills
Able to build positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders

Qualifications
-Min 10 years’ experience building talent initiatives and development programs
-Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related discipline
-Advanced knowledge of leadership development/management training needs with an ability to apply adult learning theories to employee programs.
-Experienced training facilitator with a track record of impactful and effective program delivery.
-Experienced in implementing and analyzing employee surveys.
-Have 6-8 years progressive management experience building out HR policies and best practices within a growing, fast paced company.
