Level 10 Health - Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager is an agile marketer who plans ahead but can think fast and independently to make quick effective adjustments in order to maintain and exceed KPIs and Revenue goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop and manage Level Ten Health shopping engine campaigns (Google Adwords, Google Analytics,) to drive traffic and revenue to our site, including campaign strategy, analysis, and execution
  • Speak to how digital marketing, retargeting, social media marketing, email marketing, video marketing and SEO/SEM has impacted a business at which you’ve worked and how you were a contributor to the strategy.
  • Capable of hatching campaigns that align with our brand, but equally capable of analyzing data to measure success.
  • Collaborator and recognize the importance of building relationships with all functional areas in the organization.
  • Comfortable in assisting with the day-to-day operations of a dynamic start-up, whether it be helping craft copy for a marketing event or creating an efficient process for the customer service experience.
  • Maintains compliance with company policies, practices and procedures.
  • Participates in proactive efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Works effectively and communicates clearly with other employees.
  • Handles changing deadlines and priorities.
  • Reviews employees’ and own work for accuracy, completeness and proper authority.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Leads and directs employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience

  • BS/BA in relevant field; plus at least five years’ relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of digital marketing/ e-commerce experience in a direct to consumer (B2C).
  • Prior experience with CPG/consumer focused goods online environment is a plus.
  • Understanding of eCommerce design, analytics, capabilities and KPIs.
  • Facebook Business Ad Manager marketing expertise primarily in product/brand/retail. acquisition
  • Experience in design, edit, and publish using MailChimp and/or marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in creating, maintaining, and growing new and existing social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  • Experience with oversight day-to-day management of social media pages.
  • Google Adwords Certified, or other digital PPC marketplaces
  • Experience in developing and participating in video training sessions example “how to use the product”
  • Experience with creative programs (Illustrator, PhotoShop, etc.) is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Health and Wellness industry is a plus

Language Skills

Fluent English languages skills – reading, writing and spoken. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as technical procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Physical Demands

This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sitting, lifting (≤25 pounds), finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity.

Work Environment

  • Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
  • The office work environment can be boisterous.
  • Attire is business casual.

Travel

Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%).
