Junior Sales Representative - Events

The Paid Events Jr. Sales Representative is assigned to assist a Paid Events Broker Representative and will conduct a high volume of sales cold calls in order to secure new business and sell Paid Events to Real Estate Professionals. The Jr. Sales Representative will be provided with a daily calling list from the Broker Representatives database.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Generates revenue and sell Tom Ferry products and book events by making 100+ calls per day or logging 3¬Ĺ hours of talk-time on the phone per day; 3 sales per day (monthly average).
  • Generates client appointments and sales leads for the organization.
  • Creates and manages new client and broker relationships.
  • Participates in 30 minutes training time per day
  • Attendance at all company training and sales meetings.
  • Attendance and on-time reporting.
  • Maintains compliance with company policies, practices and procedures.
  • Participates in proactive efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Works effectively and communicates clearly with other employees.
  • Handles changing deadlines and priorities.
  • Reviews work for accuracy, completeness and proper authority.

Goals

  • 3 sales/day; 15 sales/week
  • 100 calls/day

Education and/or Experience

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience: inside or outside sales, telesales, B2B, retail sales and/or cold call sales experience including a demonstrated success utilizing cold calling for new business development, and/or sales lead generation.
  • Short sell cycle and one-call close experience preferred
