Junior Sales Representative - Coaching Programs (SDR)

We are seeking a high-energy individual who has a passion for helping others become their best selves. The ideal candidate will be personable with a desire to grow in a sales career. Does this sound like you? If so, you may be the perfect fit for our SDR role.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is and entry-level sales role. It is part of a 180 day fast-track program that allows SDRs to transition into selling our coaching programs. Those who excel in this role will be eligible for a promotion into a mid-level sales role within six months.

What You’ll Do
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) supports our sales team by initializing relationships with perspective clients. They are responsible for generating appointments by contacting clients following events and by pursuing inquiries and information requests.

Primary Responsibilities:

Generate client appointments and sales leads by making 80 calls daily and booking 10-12 appointments a day.
Converse with potential clients about their major goals and obstacles within their business in a way that is passionate and exciting.
Manage, organize and update contact database through Salesforce.
Work effectively and communicate clearly with team members.
Sell a monthly subscription-based SaaS product.
