Coaching Sales Consultant

What You’ll Do
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

-Make outbound calls to potential clients generated through sales leads.
-Conduct one-on-one phone presentations and influence the decision makers to take action.
-Take an entrepreneurial approach by prospecting for leads, setting own appointments and generating referrals.
-Create and manage new client and broker relationships.
-Perform a specified number of telephone coaching calls with clients.
-Keep comprehensive and complete daily “call logs” for every call in Salesforce.
-Partner with in-house appointment setters to schedule meetings.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no direct supervisory responsibility.
Education and/or Experience
At least three years.

Language Skills
Proficient English – spoken, written, read.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employee of organizations.

Computer Skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows based applications. or other CRM experience is preferred.

Physical Demands
This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sitting, lifting (≤25 pounds), finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity.

Work Environment
Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
The office work environment is boisterous. Attire is business casual.

Minimal (less than 5%). May be required to travel overnight – by car or air – to support various events sometimes working in excess of eight (8) hours/day
