Director of Level TEN Health - Level Ten Health, a subsidiary company of Ferry Int.

Summary
The Director of Level TEN Health is responsible for all activities related to Level 10 Health, including but not limited to product development, sales, marketing client servicing, and team management.

Sales and Marketing: Develop a sales and marketing plan for future and existing revenue streams, including products, programs, and other solutions.

Product Development: Oversee all aspects of the product development cycle – from formulation to patenting to distribution.

Customer service: this role is critical for balancing and integrating consumer, vendor, and fulfillment as it pertains to customer care and e-commerce.

The primary focus of the role is:

Sell and scale product to our customer help channels and consumer communications platforms to improve accessibility, enhance customer education, engagement, and experience.
Create communications resources for our customers, event supporters, employees, fulfillment channels and vendors.
Optimize our Customer Service processes by constantly looking for ways to improve upon the current systems for repurchase orders.
Manage content for standard response templates, collaborate with other managers and company stakeholders to create and/or refine all customer communication touch points, and craft outreach messages.
E-commerce: In this role, the candidate will primarily be responsible for overseeing and managing e-commerce, including:

-Managing the company’s eCommerce platform with CRM experience
-Understanding desires, needs, wants experience, and expectations of our customers.
-Analyzing the experience of customers across channels and touch points through the utilization of web analytics and CRM data to determine how those paths to purchase can be improved.
-Planning, executing and measuring conversion funnel tests and A/B testing of high traffic landing pages.
-Ensuring we fully understand the competitive landscape of other companies in the marketplace.
-Becoming an expert in customer purchasing trends and behaviors.
-Implementing strategic eCommerce initiatives for our website in order to enrich the consumer experience.
-Managing our inventory in coordination with our fulfillment company.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.

Experience in the health and wellness industry required

7+ years’ experience in a leadership role with a demonstrated record of high performance for team development and goal achievement

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Regularly leads and directs employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
