Client Services Assistant

Summary
The Client Services Assistant performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Client Success Team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Promptly and courteously answers the Client Services phones.
2. Monitors the Client Services email box; promptly distributes messages to the appropriate team members.
3. Promptly monitors and manages social media (Facebook requests).
4. Assists Client Success representatives with onboarding and offboarding clients.
5. Monitors reports and edits data for event attendance.
6. Assists client communication as needed.
7. Files and performs routine clerical tasks as assigned.
8. Maintains communication between TF staff and clients when CSR are out of office.
9. Asts as a CSR when CSR is out of office by answering emails and phone calls as needed.
10. Attendance and on-time reporting.
11. Maintains compliance with company policies, practices and procedures.
12. Participates in proactive efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
13. Works effectively and communicates clearly with other employees.
14. Handles changing deadlines and priorities.
15. Reviews work for accuracy, completeness and proper authority.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no direct supervisory responsibility

Education and/or Experience
One to two years’ relevant experience and/or training.

Language Skills
Proficient English communication skills – read, spoken, written.

Computer Skills
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Outlook a plus.

Physical Demands
This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sitting, lifting (≤25 pounds), finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity.

Work Environment
Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.

The office work environment can be boisterous. Attire is business casual.

Travel
Minimal (less than 5%). May be required to travel overnight – by car or air – to support various events sometimes working in excess of eight (8) hours/day.
