3. Go through every appointment that you didn’t close and send them a private message (text, email, video) “Hey Tom, do you have any thoughts on buying or selling in the New Year?”
4. Organize all your marketing campaigns for January and February.
The market is going to be moving quickly in January so get prepared this November and December.
