First of all, think about how you spend your time. For one week, keep track of what you’re doing and how much time you spend on it. If you’re spending less than 75 to 80% of the day on generating and following up on leads, going to appointments, and negotiating contracts, it’s time to rethink.
Look over your list. An easy way to “find” more hours in your day and increase productivity is to hire an assistant a few days a week (check out our post here for tips on hiring) or use our company’s service providers.
